Yes. Please add the 'New Client Consultation ADD ON' to your chosen treatment while booking online. If you suffer from an inflammatory or severe skin condition, please book in the 'Extended Consultation + Bespoke Level 1'.

Yes, book in a BESPOKE session. A customised treatment designed specifically for your skin concerns, chosen by Mona on the day.  Just select the budget and time suitable to you. The timeframe won't be changed or extended on the day, so choose a time you think is best for your skin concerns or contact us. If you book one of our set facials and are not sure it's the right treatment for you, our therapist can advise you and alter the session on the day.

No, as bookings are all set in specific time slots, with other clients booked before and after each other. Adding on steps may take up time set for the next client. Best to add on a step you may think is needed and our therapist will adjust it on the day. You can also book in a bespoke session that's a longer time frame and have the whole treatment customised.

No. Just pick a longer time frame and add any add ons you may want or specifications in the notes section while booking.

Yes, you can contact us on 0490 065 041. All online and over the phone bookings still require a 50% deposit before any appointments are finalised. 

No. At the moment, this is a females only service. 

Yes! Both instore and online eGift cards are available. Simply contact us to organise pick up and payment. Alternatively you can purchase vouchers online here and find our link for eGift cards and have them directly emailed to you or the recipient. 

Yes, you can. Any person under the age of 18 years will require an adult to attend the appointment to provide written consent on the consultation form before the therapist can perform any treatments. An adult will always have to be present and stay during the duration of the entire treatment. We recommends the bespoke Level 0.5 as a treatment best suited for a teen facial.

Yes! We definitely cater for clients that are expecting, trying to conceive or currently nursing. Simply book in a bespoke service and add in the notes section your current condition. Alternatively you can book a treatment from our menu and our therapist will alter the treatment to suit your condition on the day. 

We don't recommend any massage during pregnancy and treatments with electrical modalities. 

Our clinic is located on level 2 inside an office building. There is both street parking around the building and the additional parking available in The Piazza. Please be aware of any parking restriction signs. If you're new to SLSKIN, please arrive earlier and contact us for additional help in finding the clinic.
