While both Hydrodermabrasion and Microdermabrasion exfoliate the upper layer of the skin, the Hydro treatment is an advanced form of Microdermabrasion because it simultaneously allows your skin to be exfoliated and infused with advanced custom serums to address different concerns, while also deeply hydrating the skin. The diamond tip hand piece exfoliates and vacuums the skin using controlled pressure to pull the skin up into a chamber in the hand piece, where it is evenly abraded just as aggressively or as softly as the vacuum pressure is set by the therapist, allowing for a more even exfoliation and distribution of the product onto the skin.
